Adult Lessons . . .

The Snowshoe Ski School School utilizes a zone system to rate your skiing ability. Zones relate to the terrain you ski in correspondence to the symbol color code. Whether you are a first timer or skiing the whole mountain, we offer sessions for everyone. All Performance Zones are broken into different groups depending on your ability level.

Green Zone: First time linking turns comfortably on green trails.
Blue Zone: Confident on all green trails and looking for more comfort and control
          on blue trails.
Black Zone: Advanced and expert skiers. Skis on all terrain. Looking to improve
          tactics and confidence on most difficult terrain.

For children ages 3 through 12, click on Kids' World Ski & Board Programs.  Click on Day Care for child care ages 12 weeks to 10 years.

 

 

Adult Ski & Snowboard Lessons

"Beginner Group Lessons" program includes 1 3/4 hour (9:00am-10:45, 11:00-12:45pm and 1:15-3:00) group lessons for beginner skiers and snowboarders ages 7 and older.

Single session:  $49

"Private Coaching Sessions" provide personalized one-on-one training by a dedicated professional instructor for any level of skier or snowboarder ability and any terrain condition.

Kids World Ski and Board Programs . . .

Half day lessons for ages 4 - 12 are offered through out Kids World Program at both the Snowshoe and Silver Creek areas. Children are grouped by age and ability level (see below) and assigned to a qualified instructor to provide the best possible learning environment.
 
Half Day (8:45 to 11:45 & 12:45 to 3:45 -- no lunch)

Snowmonsters  
Snowmonsters is a fun and exciting way for kids to learn more about skiing and snowboarding as well as more about Snowshoe Mountain.  Packed full of interactive and animated characters, movies, cartoons and games, Snowmonsters is a great way to introduce your young one to the sports of skiing and snowboarding.

Unless otherwise stated, Ski and Snowboard School rates do not include lift ticket or equipment rental. Ski and Snowboard Schools have limited availability. Advance reservations are recommended and can be made by calling Snowshoe Resort Reservation Specialists toll free at 877-441-4FUN.
