opening day of ski season 2007 and April 6, 2008 when all the lifts at Snowshoe Resort are closed to skiers, Tri Ski Condominiums will credit your previous night lodging (excluding cleaning costs) toward any future available lodging at a Tri Ski Condominium during the current or next ski season.
The Lodging
Amount is due at the time the reservation is booked if the lodging date is
less than 30 days from the date of reservation. If the lodging date is greater
than 30 days from the date of reservation, the Lodging Amount is due 30 days
prior to the lodging date. If the Lodging Amount is not paid when due,
the reservation may be canceled and the deposit forfeited.
Cancellation Prior to Payment of Total Lodging
Amount: If the reservation is
canceled before the Lodging Amount is paid and we are able to rent the
condominium to another party for the same or more nights reserved, we will
refund 50% of the deposit. If we are not able to rent the condominium to
another party for the same or more nights reserved, the entire deposit will
be forfeited.
Cancellation After Payment of Total Lodging Amount:If the
reservation is canceled after the Lodging Amount is paid and we are able to
rent the condominium to another party for the same or more nights reserved,
we will refund 100% of the Lodging Amount and refund 50% of the
deposit. If we are not able to rent the condominium to another party for
the same or more nights reserved, we will retain the Lodging Amount
paid and refund 100% of the deposit.
